Idrisse Ibade popularly
known by his stage name Idrisse
ID is one of Cabo Delgado’s
biggest stars and his name is steadily becoming a household name national in
Mozambique country. The
young dude, son of Ibade Ahmade and Amina
Muarabo, native from Cabo Delgado, the home Province of the
three ethnic groups, Makua, Makonde and Kimuani, who grew up in Pemba, the third bay of world, is singer-songwriter from the “Só juntos Entertainment” under Ernesto Phiri leadership. Idrisse
ID started as Rapper (hip-hop) and later on he began to sing Zouk, Kizomba,
R&B (Soul and Pop) Afro Soul and Afro House.
Childhood & Early Life:
Idrisse Ibade (born
21 November 1989 in Macomia), popularly known by his stage name Idisse ID,
is a Mozambican
singer, songwriter from the “Só juntos Entertainment” under
Ernesto Phiri leadership.
He is best known by his song "Gigolô" and “Falhei”. These two songs
made him one
of Cabo Delgado’s biggest stars and his name is steadily becoming a household
name national in Mozambique country.
Idrisse ID grew up in
Pemba bay, capital city of Cabo Delgado Province and the third bay of world. He
is the first child of six children into a Muslim family.
He has got four brothers Ahmade Ibade, Mohamede Ibade, Aly Ibade, Maarufo Ibade and one
sister Mariamo Ibade. Growing up, he was very close with all of them. At home Idrisse ID speaks Macua, Kiswahili, Kimuane and Portuguese.
Education and Career life
Idrisse
Id attended at Escola
Primaria de Cariacó ( Cariacó Primary School) in Pemba Bay from 1998 to 2004
and during his primary school years, he used to dance and sing for his fellow
students (colleagues) in school shows.
From 2005 to 2008, he
finished high school, but when he was at 9 grade he began his career as
songwriter and music artist.
Known
by his stage name Idrisse ID, is Mozambican singer-songwriter, the music has
always been Idrisse ID passion since childhood. He started when he was 18 years
old, in 2007 and professionally in 2010.
Achievements
In
2016, Idrisse ID released his first EP (title) and 2017 his first Album
“Vivências”.
